Various Reports
Report to the People on Environment and Forests
As a follow-up to the Hon’ble President of India’s address to the Joint Session of the Parliament on June 4, 2009, EI Division of the Ministry published its First Report 
(6.0 MB) to the people on Environment and Forests-2009-10. In 2012-13, the Second Report (3.7 MB)for 2010-11 has also been published. The purpose of the Reports is to generate a national debate on environmental issues, which will form the basis for suitable revision in the policy framework, wherever required and ultimately result in improved performance in Environment and Forests Sector. The Reports have been hosted in the Ministry’s website and widely distributed to all the stakeholders concerned.
